With 100,000 square feet of space, the latest computer-controlled machinery, and over 100 skilled employees, we can competitively deliver quality, service, and value for projects of all sizes to any location in North America and overseas. We continually upgrade our equipment to ensure that our employees have the tools to complete their work efficiently and effectively.

Our Engineering Department fulfills our clients' ever-growing architectural design needs by using top-of-the-line computers and state-of-the-art graphical software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create high-quality architectural details and shop drawings. The architect's plans and specifications can be received via email and FTP service. Preliminary approval and final record drawings are available to our customers online.

Our staff in the Listing Department breaks down the drawings into parts and writes programs that the CNC machinery on the shop floor will use. These computer-controlled machines, such as our state-of-the-art Bystronic Laser, produce highly accurate parts with less waste and fewer remakes.

In the factory, it's the craftsmen who make the difference. Their skill and dedication can be seen in every piece that they create. They use the latest computerized machinery to perform virtually every type of metal fabrication, metal finishing, and woodworking. This combination of skilled employees and precision technology is the essential component of our continued success.

After production is completed, all cabs are fully assembled in the factory and marked with factory alignment holes to ensure a quality fit and trouble-free field installation. Quality control is performed throughout the process, and only after a final inspection can crews begin to disassemble the cabs or entrances and prepare them for shipping to our customers.

Gunderlin is a family-owned and operated company. For more than 70 years, we've worked with all of the major elevator contractors and many of the independents to develop cabs, entrances, interior packages, and door panels for projects of all sizes.
