The 30-story arch built into the commercial side of the building that faces Brickell Avenue is a grand welcoming gesture that will assure this building an important place in the Miami skyline. For the side facing the bay, KPF continues the buildings bold design with an 14-story atrium at ground level, and an 11-story atrium that will serve as a hotel lobby. This grand sky-lobby will start at the 25th floor and run up the middle of the building to the top floor.
